Refund policy

The short version: you only pay when there are matches to unlock, and if our side fails, you get your money back automatically.

Charged only when matches exist

The free search shows you how many matches were found before you pay anything. If there are no matches, there is nothing to unlock and no charge is ever made.

Automatic refunds

If a payment succeeds but the unlock fails on our side — an engine error, a results page that never loads — the payment is refunded in full. Crypto refunds go back to the sending address; card refunds to the original card. No forms, no arguing.

Change of mind

Because results are revealed instantly at payment, completed unlocks are generally final. If something about the results was materially wrong (e.g. a technical defect), email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll make it right — we'd rather refund than keep an unhappy customer.
