Do credits expire?
Never. A credit you buy today works next year. There is no clock, no "use it or lose it", and no subscription that keeps billing you. Your credit link is the balance — keep it.
How do credits work without an account?
Buying a pack gives you a secret credit link (shown right after payment and emailed to you if you left an address). On any locked result, tap "Have credits?" and paste the link — one credit unlocks that search. Create a free account and your 3 signup credits are spent automatically when you're signed in.
Is searching really free?
Yes — every day. Logged out you get 3 searches per day; a free account raises that to 10 and comes with 3 free unlock credits. The counter resets at UTC midnight and the limit message says exactly when. Unlocking always works, even over the search limit — paying is never blocked.
What if there are no matches?
You only pay to unlock results that exist. If a search returns zero matches, there is nothing to unlock and nothing to pay — searching and seeing the match count is always free.
Can I get a refund?
If your payment went through but the results never unlocked, contact us and we'll unlock the search manually or refund the payment in full. Unspent pack credits are refundable too. See the terms page for details.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and Tether (USDT) — always 10% under the card price. The invoice is generated at checkout and your credits or unlock are delivered automatically after confirmation.
